The following information is included in the delivery certificate:
Please find enclosed copies of the following documents from the vehicle file:
Please note: Due to the extensive research required to provide you with a high-quality and complete delivery documentation, processing your request may take up to 2 weeks.
Application Form / Delivery Certificate
The delivery certificate reflects the original delivery condition at the time of completion at the ALPINA manufactory in Buchloe. The delivery certificate does not confirm either the originality of the vehicle or the current condition and value of the vehicle.
Registration documents and re-registration of used BMW ALPINA cars (up to model year 2025)
We offer a range of documents for the (re)registration of, for example, re-imported used BMW ALPINA automobiles manufactured up to 2025.
CoC – Certificate of Conformity
A CoC (Certificate of Conformity; EU Certificate of Conformity) is available for most BMW ALPINA models from 2010 onwards. This document was issued upon delivery of the vehicle to the first owner or the delivering dealer. The basis for issuing a CoC is an EU (small series) whole-vehicle type-approval.
There are vehicles that were built in 2010 or later but have not received a CoC. Reasons for this include, for example, individual registration for various reasons or initial delivery to a country outside the European Union (e.g. Japan). It is not possible to issue a CoC retrospectively. Even after any retrofitting to EU standards, a vehicle cannot subsequently be issued with a CoC.
CoC duplicate
If a vehicle was originally delivered with a CoC, but this original CoC has been lost or was not transferred to the new owner upon the sale of a used BMW ALPINA, it is possible to issue a duplicate CoC.
For vehicles produced before 2010 or which, for any other reason, did not receive a CoC upon delivery, other documents are available, such as data confirmations for submission to officially recognised experts in accordance with the StVZO, or manufacturer’s certificates for submission to a registration authority or office.
